Samsung M2310For mobile phone users in Brazil, they will shortly be able to enjoy the use of two new phones. The M2310 and M2710, are two phones that are based around music, and provide various different services to the user. Similar to the Beat DJ, these phones can be used to create music, and have excellent music playback facilities.

The new Samsung M2710 is the sliding version of the two. It comes complete with GPRS systems, as well as possible functions with 3G, but that has not been confirmed yet, as all information is fairly unsupported and is just based upon a few different leakages. The phone comes with built in FM radio, perfect for listening to tunes and radio shows while out and about. The phone also comes with blue tooth connectivity, which is useful for sending, receiving or transferring files or data between phones, or computers and laptops if the facilities are available.

The Samsung M2310 features most of the features that the M2710 has, including blue tooth connectivity, an FM radio, and GPRS facilities for connecting to the internet wherever you are. GPRS can also be used for sending large files to other phones as well as computers. This is great because it means you can do small bits of work on your phone when needed, then transfer them across to your computer at a later date.

Both phones also come with a tracking device, meant to be used in case the phone is lost or stolen. This can prove invaluable when it comes down to tracing lost or stone phones, and can save you a lot of money if you are on contract. To get your hands on one of these amazing phones stay alert for more details of release dates.

Sony Ericsson Elm 2Imagine a series of mobile phones that are built and manufactured with the health of the environment in mind; this is the corner stone of Sony Ericsson’s GreenHeart phone series. The Japanese-Swedish tie-up has long expressed their commitment to the environment and for the reduction of CO2 emissions. The company has its own reduced emission rate that they are hoping to achieve with both their manufacturing processes and products by 2015.

The GreenHeart phone series is one of their largest steps by far; largest, in the sense that these are products for consumers and not just a production tweak. These phones are made using a combination of new and recycled parts and materials. In fact, phones made in these series are composed of at least 50% recycled plastics.

Also, no harmful chemicals are used in the creation of these devices –even the paint is water-borne. The packaging is also eco-friendly, they are made to be minimal in order to reduce the need for paper products and no manuals are printed. Instead, the manuals come in a digital e-manual format that can be accessed by the phone.

Sony Ericsson Hazel 1Just recently, two new phones have been announced for the series; the Sony Ericsson Elm and the Sony Ericsson Hazel. The two phones share similar hardware features, with the only difference being their screens and the form of the device. The Elm is a candy bar phone while the Hazel is a slider phone with a larger screen and more color capacity. Both devices are 3G HSPA capable and have 5 mega pixel cameras (with Auto focus and LED flash) as well as 320 x 240 pixel resolution screens.

The phones will be launching separately in 2010; the Elm will be out around the first quarter and the Hazel will follow in the second quarter of the year.

Firefox MobileAfter speculation for quite some time now and after a number of leaks have appeared about the news, we can finally confirm that Firefox, in the footsteps of the internet giants Google, is about to launch their very first mobile browser, the Firefox Mobile, this month. The first look at the Firefox Mobile reveals, as was the case in the earlier leaks, that the mobile version will be the replica of the popular web browser.

This will truly open new gates of accessibility and will offer an enhanced web experience for mobile phone users, as a variety of mobile version browsers are available for users from all the best names in the business. It was reported by v3.co.uk that the first appearance of the browser will be made on Nokia N900, which is not a surprise as Nokia has been in close collaboration with Mozilla for the development of their mobile contributions. But, it is also expected that the browser will appear on other operating software such as Windows Mobile and Android as well.

This is great news for Mozilla Firefox fans, as they will be able to use their favorite browser in their mobile phones, with exciting add-ons, tab-based browsing and the awesome search bar that the web browser is known for. Firefox Mobile will be accompanying 30 add-ons in its first appearance.

The Nokia N900 will not include the Firefox Mobile, and users can download it from the web, exactly the same way the users access the browser on their computers. Wait and see as the release of Firefox Mobile is expected to attract mobile phone user just like the popular browser has captivated the attention of user who have been using it for web browsing.

Acer LiquidAmong the hottest newly launched handsets reaching the markets featuring Google’s Android as its operating system is Acer’s Liquid A1. The phone has been released in the markets in the UK and can be obtained from places such as Cove and Expansys. But why we talk about the handset right now is to share with you a video on the YouTube from TechnoloShree demonstrating the Acer Liquid A1 being unboxed.

Acer’s Liquid A1 can really tempt a lot of customers in the UK with its features. The phone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The only difference is that unlike handsets like the HTC HD2 and the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10, which feature a 1 GHz chip, it works at 786 GHz. Apart from that, the phone can offer its users 256 MB of RAM and no less than 510 MB of ROM. And of course you could always increase the memory using the SD memory card slot.

The great thing about this video is that shows you exactly what you get when you unpack a brand new Liquid A1; and what exactly would you find inside the box. To be specific, we can see the user manuals, the charger, an SD adapter and a Sandisk MicroSD card with 2GB space. But the real fun begins, when he turns the phone on. The Acer’s tailor-made Spinlets UI skin smoothly slides over the Android 1.6 version OS running the handset.Acer Liquid unbox

To tell you more about the Liquid A1, it features an impressive 3.5 inch capacitive touch-screen with a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels, really bringing the Android experience at its fullest. Apart from that, it also comes with a 5.0 mega pixel auto-focus camera, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and a GPS receiver. Dell Mini 3Dell’s new range of smart phones called the mini 3 are almost ready to launch in Brazil and China Dell have stated. Unfortunately Dell have said full specifications for the handsets will be issued ‘when devices are available in stores’, which doesn’t give us a lot of information. However people have found various slips of the tongues, and have made out a very rough picture of what the phones should act like, and their basic technical features. One of the crucial pieces of information that Dell have give out, is that the phones will make use of the Google Android operating system. This means that the phone should be different from anything we have been used to before, and it is expected to be unique and different to other phones.

One of the only sources to have had any technical details leaked is the Dell Streak. This smart phone supposedly comes with a 5.0megapixel camera, which is a great for taking snaps in your favorite locations, or simply to photograph some classic moments. The camera comes equipped with flash, which will allow you to take photos in darker conditions, rather than being limited to light conditions. The phone is also meant to be Wifi and blue tooth enabled, allowing you to transfer files and documents to other nearby phones. With 3G connectivity you will have very fast access to the internet, and will never be stuck waiting for a page to load again.

Unfortunately if you live in Europe or America, you are going to have to wait to get your hands on the new Dell mini 3 smart phones, as there is no set release date for China and Brazil, and Dell refuse to give on whether they will ever be available in other parts of the world. But it is likely that they will go ahead with a European release if it proves to be a success in China and Brazil, and there will be some great Dell Mini 3 deals to enjoy if that day comes about.
